PET-Power’s Design Department uses state-of-the-art equipment to translate the wishes and requirements of the customer into a suitable design. Using full 2D & 3D capabilities PET-Power is able to present design within an extremely short leadtime.

With in-house model facilities PET-Power can produce hollow , transparent models within a week, which fully represent the design as it will be in PET.

Since 1996 PET-Power has created more then 1000 designs which are formed out of an extensive database of well 200 preforms. Using a direct computerline with the 2 specially selected toolshops 3D-data is exchanged rapidly to guarantee very short leadtimes.

Using the latest technology for design and having full interchangability with the our toolshops, leadtime from Design to Production can be held extremely short. Often projects are realised within 8 weeks from the first design up to the final sampling.
