PET Power's sales organisation maintains branches in almost all European countries and also elsewhere. The head office is in the Netherlands, in Etten-Leur (province of North Brabant), strategically located between the big cities of Rotterdam and Antwerp. Production also takes place in the Netherlands.
Support
Customers receive full service support at all sales points. What does that comprise? Firstly, local representatives serve customers in their own language. Secondly, these advisers receive international support from specialists in the area of the three markets that PET Power specifically focuses on - cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and foodstuffs - and experts in business development. With this kind of support we aim to assist our customers in attracting customers and in developing new markets.
Key Account Management
Wherever the customer is based, he deals with sales staff with an extensive understanding of the business, of PET and of packaging solutions. But sometimes customers need additional facilities, for example if they have branches in various countries. In that case, a single, central point of contact would be very useful. PET Power provides this kind of key account management. The contact person monitors the internal lines to the local points of service in the countries where the customer has a branch.
Improvement is always possible
At Pet Power, service is key, internally and externally, in the belief that improvement is always possible. The Customer Service department supports the external sales channel in processing orders, frequently asked questions regarding stocks and delivery dates, monitoring of project progress and dealing with complaints. Customer Service also monitors agreements on stocks and contractual orders.

Samples
One of PET Power's highly valued services is the provision of samples. These are often the starting point of a sales process. The customer can request samples through the website, or directly from the sales department concerned sample[at]petpower.eu. Internally, staff process the request to the representative responsible, who then sets to work.
Marketing

Consultation
PET Power trains its sales organisation regularly and keeps it up to date. It may nevertheless happen that sales representatives are unable to provide an answer to a question posed by a customer.
