Largest range of moulds in Europe
No single supplier on the European market has as large a range of bottles and jars as PET Power. Nowhere else does the customer have as much choice from readily available PET forms. In addition, the company has built up a diverse range of customer-specific forms in cooperation with customers. In this way, an archive of more than 1,200 final forms has been created.

Preform
The basis for the end product is the preform. This determines the type of neck (diameter and type of lid) and the weight. There is a choice of more than 200 differing preforms, sufficient to meet the needs of the customers.
Final forms: freely available
On to the final form! PET Power has a large number of final forms that are freely available. Should one or more of these be chosen, no further investment in moulds is required. PET Power has created a number of 'families' comprising a series of similar forms in various sizes. These are suitable for customers putting their products onto the market in a range of volumes, whereby the form should have a uniform appearance. Within this, all kinds of varieties are possible. One would like a series of individual and family packages, while another has planned a promotion campaign ('more volume for a limited period for the same price'). A third aims to introduce new tastes and/or colours in small packages. What is essential for the right choice is thorough consultation ahead of time regarding aims, options and the product's expected lifecycle.
Final forms: developed from scratch
Customers often express the ambition to create a completely new final form. PET Power participates in its development and is often prepared to participate in the investment. The preliminary consultation requires - as always actually - extensive coordination. Sometimes the customer wishes to release the new form for sale to other customers. Or again, they demand geographical protection. It also happens that they want to protect the application completely, or just temporarily in order to secure an advantage in the market.
PET Power launches new forms regularly. Anyone wanting to be kept informed is advised to visit the news page regularly. A subscription to an automatic e‑mailing service is also possible. Whenever a new standard comes out, subscribers receive a short information report by e-mail. Registering for this is by means of an online form.
 Machines: platform for now and later
Market demand is extremely diverse and changing, and affects many aspects. PET Power translates demand into the choice of a machine platform. It makes sure that a large range of machines is available because the platform must always be able to cater for demand. Production takes place at various sites, but largely at the main branch in Etten-Leur.
Machines: makes and types
PET Power has machines of various makes and types for the production of PET articles. For example, there are the types 250, 350 and 100 from Aoki and the types DPH70, DPW70, DP150 and 12N from Nissei. There are other machines available, also with so-called two‑stage technology, owing to good contacts within the European network and abroad, including China.
