Delivery of orders
PET Power devotes great care to packaging. The product must always arrive safely at its destination. The contents in the package must also be clear, and the origin must be traceable. It is also important that the customer has as little waste left over as possible when unpacking. Moreover, the residue must be easy to separate and recycle, or, alternatively, to compress and
process in a responsible way.
Traceability
PET Power's packaging unit for sales is the pallet. Each pallet is provided with a clear label in A5 format. This contains full information: the article number, the pallet number, description of the article, a barcode, the number of items and production details. All the details are important, because sometimes the details of the preceding production process have to be investigated afterwards.
Standard
PET Power sells standard products, that is to say free for sale to various customers. The packaging is standardised to euro and/or block pallet format. Most pallets consist of a number of layers of cardboard trays surrounded by hard-wearing protective shrink wrap.
 Additional layers
Special products, such as for pharmaceutical applications, are provided with additional layers of foil. This can on occasion even run to three additional layers.
Specific requests (1)
PET Power also fullfils specific packaging requests. An example: products may be packed in smaller foil bags, so‑called brick packs. These facilitate handling in the factory of some customers.

Products can also be provided with other types of cardboard, for example laminated. Does the customer's warehouse make specific demands for the pallet format? PET Power is able to offer varying heights and/or widths. The same could be required for sea transport, for which always containers are used. This is important, as they must be loaded optimally to minimise transport costs. Naturally, the load factor is also of great importance with transport by road, but the standard packaging format is in any case designed for this.
Coordination
Working to customer specifications demands close consultation with the customer. If the numbers are large, PET Power is able to take any special requests into account as early as the production phase. If the numbers are small, then repackaging is sometimes unavoidable. This could lead to a small surcharge.
