On trial?
It is logical that many customers would like to see a number of samples before possibly moving to purchase. It is often very important to get hold of a product and possibly to fill it with the end product. PET Power has set up an extensive sample room to be able to cater to this need. Our staff are at work here full-time to provide you with the requested samples as quickly as possible. Usually a sample can be delivered within 10 working days across the whole of Europe, and inside the Netherlands this can often be done within only a couple of working days.
 If speed is of the essence, express deliveries can be provided. In this case, delivery costs may be charged. This will always be agreed with you beforehand by the relevant members of staff.
In certain cases, a customer needs a number of products for internal stability tests of its own end products. In consultation with you there is the option of despatching a full pallet or to send a large number of items from the sample room. Please provide the background reasons in the case of requests for larger numbers of samples, from >5 per article. The sample room will be happy to assist you, and any costs will again be agreed with you beforehand.
It often happens that customers would like to see a particular colour in a product. The sample room has large stocks of standard products in various colours. If the requested product is not available in the colour, then other forms with the desired quality that are as similar as possible to the end product will automatically be sought. If none of these options is available and if special colour samples need to be made, you will be informed of this by the sample room or Customer Service as quickly as possible.
The sample room is also the point of despatch for the relevant information, such as a catalogue or an abridged brochure. If you would like to receive this along with the samples consignment and/or you would like to receive other documentation, please indicate this on the application form or in your communication with your contact person.
